The Tracy Rule is the most comprehensive serious misconduct policy in collegiate athletics, and it meets compliance requirements of the NCAA Campus Sexual Violence Policy. In 2020, the NCAA policy was expanded, and member programs must begin attestation in the 2022-23 academic year.
